Requirements

• Proven experience in client-facing roles
• Proficiency in Canva, with a keen eye for branding and visual aesthetics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write proposals and build rapport with clients
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
• Self-motivated, creative, and independent, with a passion for branding and innovation

Responsibilities

• Work with client accounts, scope their needs and requirements, and support in delivering creative and branding services to ensure alignment with their business objectives
• Put together pricing proposals/quotes for clients based on the service scope
• Suggest creative ideas and solutions to address client business challenges and enhance brand positioning
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and managing all aspects of client services
• Demonstrate accurate and efficient data entry capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to handle large volumes of information
