Summary

Join DEPTยฎ as a Creative, a hybrid role combining copywriting and creative strategy for a major online retailer's social media presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies, writing compelling copy, collaborating with influencers, and ensuring alignment with client goals. This role demands a deep understanding of social media trends, a passion for creating engaging content, and experience working with brands in the influencer space. You will work closely with various teams, including design and account teams, to bring your creative vision to life. The position requires a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a love for learning, and excellent communication skills. This is a hybrid or remote role with various locations and salary ranges available.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience within a creative advertising role, including copywriting and/or creative strategy
  • Experience working in a social agency setting
  • Astute copywriting sense
  • Experience concepting for and pitching ideas to influencer and creator talent
  • An ability to be hands-on on multiple projects at once
  • Experience working with leading brands
  • Experience working in production and being on set capturing content
  • Deep knowledge of social platforms + formats (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat)
  • Experience with digital marketing campaigns that have made an impact on clientsโ€™ businesses
  • A high level of mastery of Google Suite and Slack
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
  • Ability to remain focused under pressure and get things done on a tight deadline
  • A love for learning and teaching new things
  • A high attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client briefs and drive creative projects from ideation through final delivery on a high volume of content
  • Build original and compelling concepts that turn a brand vision or campaign framework into real-world executions
  • Live and breathe social media
  • Write accompanying copy for all concepts across all social media platforms
  • Play a key role in production, including influencer and creator campaigns
  • Work with senior leads to establish a cohesive strategic vision rooted in cultural insight
  • Research consumer behavior and trends
  • Create high-caliber work that inspires new audiences and drives engagement and conversion
  • Build decks with impressive narratives and present them in a way that wins over clients
  • Work closely with Design and Account counterparts
  • Ensure weโ€™re taking advantage of the latest tech and most advanced approaches, as well as expanding into new platforms
  • Assist in new business pitches
