Summary

Join Unicoin Hunters as their Creative Director and play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and messaging of the platform. Lead the creative team, overseeing innovative campaign development and ensuring brand consistency. You will set the creative vision and strategy, manage the creative team, develop and maintain brand guidelines, and conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to align creative efforts with business objectives. This is a remote position in a global, multicultural company.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Deep understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• A passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail

Responsibilities

• Set the creative vision and strategy for all brand communications, including marketing campaigns, social media, and digital content
• Lead and inspire a talented team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Conceptualize, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
• Oversee creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align creative efforts with business objectives
