Requirements
- Background in operations, project management, or a similar role within creative, marketing, or digital content environments
- Knowledge of the key elements in a successful marketing funnel—including ads, copy, design/CRO, customer angles, emails, and other performance-driven components
- A strong interest in e-commerce, with a broad understanding of what drives marketing success and how each department contributes to our overall strategy
- Proficient in tracking and analyzing key metrics, with a focus on using data to drive improvements
- Competent in project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Trello for organizing tasks and timelines
- Able to work effectively across departments to ensure smooth project flow and keep everyone aligned
- Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions that enhance team performance and efficiency
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across creative teams, including copywriting, ads, acquisition, design, social media, and email marketing, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with Foxelli’s goals
- Set and monitor KPIs across all creative functions to assess team performance, using data to support accountability and continuous improvement
- Identify and implement processes that streamline work and enhance productivity across the creative department
- Serve as a central link between creative teams and other departments to ensure clear communication and cohesive project execution
- Manage resources effectively, allocate tasks, and prioritize projects to align with overall business objectives
- Provide regular updates and insights to the CCO on team performance, project progress, and opportunities for operational improvement
