Requirements

  • Demonstrate a proven track record of leading projects and guiding team goals by taking ownership and driving results. Inspire and motivate team members to achieve high performance
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to aid the team in resolving issues effectively. Identify, analyze, and address complex project challenges
  • Have specific experience in a design or creative operations role, managing workflows within creative teams, and understanding the unique challenges of design project management
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate while maintaining effective relationships
  • Have experience working in an agile environment, able to adapt quickly to changes in priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Uphold the integrity of the brand while ensuring project deliverables and objectives are met with precision and timeliness
  • Champion operational efficiency, leveraging best-in-class production strategies that are agile, cost-effective, and maintain creative excellence
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, collaborating strategically to solve problems and drive efficiency. This includes facilitating efficient communication and decision-making processes
  • Serve as the key point of contact for internal creative projects, demonstrating leadership and professionalism in managing and facilitating solutions for business challenges
  • Effectively manage and troubleshoot complex situations involving creative resources, vendor relationships, and project adjustments
  • Ensure clear, effective, and proactive status updates and reports to all relevant parties

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in project management software and tools such as Asana, Jira, or similar, as well as familiarity with design software like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Have experience in B2B2C, Health or relevant industry
