Summary

Join Mozilla's brand creative team as an experienced Producer to lead programs and creative operations within the Marketing organization. This role encompasses creative operations, project management, and production, with a bonus for campaign production experience. You will coordinate internal teams, manage agencies and external partners, and lead team operations. The ideal candidate is self-initiated, adept at stakeholder navigation, and brings strategic rigor to ensure smooth processes and excellent execution. Projects span product branding, campaigns, events, and experiential work, ranging from short-term to multi-year durations. Experience in digital production and managing multiple programs simultaneously is essential.

Requirements

  • Experience in running projects for product branding, brand, campaigns, events and experiential
  • Track record in Production and a master of process and creative operations
  • Experience in running digital and physical creative programs
  • A self started who can support the rest of the org to operate with efficiency and impact
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in an agency or in-house setting in a similar role
  • Creative appreciation and accountability for maintaining creative quality
  • Mentorship and management experience with junior Producers
  • Diverse and open minded perspective with a passion for Mozilla’s mission

Responsibilities

Team operations, resourcing, scope writing, scope maintenance, agency, contractual and legal negotiations, timeline tracking, budget maintenance, scheduling, task management, external partner, consultant management and feedback processes
