Join Narvar's growing Product Marketing team as a high-energy Product Marketing Manager. You will be the bridge between product, sales, and customer success teams, owning the go-to-market strategy for AI-powered post-purchase solutions. Craft compelling messaging, enable the sales team, and drive adoption among ecommerce retailers. This role requires developing and executing go-to-market strategies, creating sales collateral, conducting market research, and developing customer reference programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Requirements
- 3β5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or ecommerce technology
- Solid understanding of ecommerce operations, post-purchase workflows, and the retail technology landscape
- Proven track record of launching products or features and driving adoption in mid-market or enterprise segments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; experience crafting messaging for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams
- Analytical mindset; comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure impact
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features/betas and product launches, ensuring alignment with sales, product, and customer success teams
- Craft clear, differentiated messaging and value propositions tailored to mid-market and enterprise ecommerce retailers
- Create and maintain sales collateral (decks, one-pagers, competitive battlecards, case studies) for your owned product area(s) and deliver effective training to empower the sales team
- Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer interviews to inform product positioning and influence the product roadmap
- Collaborate with demand generation and content teams to produce thought leadership, blog posts, webinars, and customer stories that highlight our AI-powered solutions
- Identify and develop customer reference programs and case studies to support sales and marketing efforts
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives to drive continuous improvement
