Requirements

  • 1-2 years minimum experience in digital marketing, strategy and/or art direction. Graphic design experience is a bonus
  • Proven ability to develop strong concepts
  • Experience working and communicating directly with clients
  • Experience creating ads, campaigns, or promotional content for digital - this may include social media, email newsletters, websites, paid advertising, etc

Responsibilities

  • Providing creative direction, strategy, and performance recommendations backed by data and experience to improve client campaign KPIs
  • Acting as a subject-matter expert on all things creative to support our Sales team in winning, growing, and retaining clients
  • Demonstrating project management wizardry by handling multiple creative requests from brief creation to asset delivery while staying on time and on spec
  • Collaborating with our dynamic Production Team to deliver innovative ad creatives that match client guidelines, surpass expectations and drive campaign performance
