You will develop employer branding, career site content, and marketing campaigns for various clients. Responsibilities include creating compelling copy for websites, multimedia campaigns, and job postings, as well as presenting creative concepts and collaborating with the creative team. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of digital copywriting experience, preferably in recruitment marketing, and strong client-facing skills. A portfolio submission is highly preferred. Requirements
- 4 year degree in marketing, communications or related subjects
- 3+ yearsβ digital copywriting experience; ad agency or online direct marketing background a plus
- Understanding of the digital and social space, as well as the behaviors and best practices associated with interactive design
- Experience making effective creative presentations and working directly with clients/prospects
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize daily work efficiently
- Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating professionalism when working with clients, partners and team members
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc
Responsibilities
- Develop employer branding, career site content and campaign elements for a roster of accounts
- Develop and present employer brand concepts for assigned clients that can sustain an entire campaign, including websites, digital media and print
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to NAS clients, representing creative on project calls
- Run focus groups, create executive summaries and drive concept development
- Write optimized copy for career websites, multimedia campaigns, job postings, brochures, direct-mail pieces and more
- Collaborate with art directors and developers to create unique and effective user experiences in the digital sphere
- Assist with writing company marketing, including marketing site updates, blogs, social media and collateral
