Summary
Join a data-driven digital advertising and retention marketing firm as a Senior Creative Strategist. You will develop scroll-stopping creative strategies for paid media campaigns across various platforms, leveraging insights from audience data and performance trends. Responsibilities include crafting creative briefs, brainstorming original ad concepts, partnering with media buyers, and continuously reviewing performance data. This remote, full-time position requires 4+ years of experience in creative strategy, content creation, or digital marketing within a D2C or performance marketing environment. The role offers a competitive salary, quarterly bonuses, and flexible work hours.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in creative strategy, content creation, or digital marketing (ideally within a D2C or performance marketing environment)
- Proven ability to develop creative strategies that combine visual storytelling with performance objectives
- Strong understanding of D2C marketing dynamics, audience behaviors, and buying triggers
- Experience creating impactful ad hooks, storyboards, and ad concepts designed for fast-scrolling platforms
- Ability to analyze creative data and translate insights into new ideas that improve performance
- Confident in developing and presenting creative briefs that guide designers, copywriters, and editors
- Obsessed with creative trends — from TikTok virality to the latest Meta ad formats — and how to apply them to ad concepts
- Excellent collaboration skills — comfortable working with media buyers, designers, and content creators to bring ideas to life
- Naturally curious, fast-moving, and proactive — thrives in a test-and-learn environment
Responsibilities
- Develop scroll-stopping creative strategies for paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google
- Use insights from audience data, creative performance trends, and cultural moments to inspire impactful ad concepts
- Craft creative briefs that provide clear direction for designers, copywriters, and editors — ensuring every asset aligns with the client’s brand and goals
- Brainstorm and pitch original ad concepts, ensuring ideas are bold, memorable, and performance-focused
- Partner closely with media buyers and account strategists to align creative concepts with performance goals like CTR, ROAS, and engagement rates
- Continuously review creative performance data, identifying trends and iterating on ideas to improve results
- Stay ahead of creative trends, viral content formats, and cultural insights to bring fresh, timely ideas to campaigns
- Focus on creative that drives action — especially on fast-paced visual platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta Ads
- Present ideas confidently — communicating your creative vision clearly to both internal teams and clients
