• 3+ years of experience in credit analysis or risk assessment
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
• Proficiency in financial modeling and credit scoring tools
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and analysis
• Problem-solving aptitude to craft creative solutions in challenging situations
• Knowledge of credit laws and industry best practices
• Experience with CRM software and financial databases

Responsibilities

• Able to work Monday and Tuesday 8am to 5pm and Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 12pm to 8pm
• Assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers using Dun and Bradstreet
• Analyze payment history, financial statements, and shipping trends to determine credit limit increases
• Create and maintain accurate customer credit files
• Create Profoma invoices and maintain a log
• Process incoming credit card payments daily
• Manage Government credit card customers
• Settle credit card payments to invoices
• Maintain customer billing profiles ex: net terms, name, address, email and phone number

Preferred Qualifications

Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
