CRM Business Analyst

Summary

Join Sysco GB's CRM team as a Salesforce CRM Business Analyst and play a pivotal role in defining and building robust solutions. Working remotely, you will collaborate with the business and platform teams to conduct detailed evaluations and designs. Key responsibilities include capturing business requirements, estimating project timelines, creating project plans, and ensuring clear documentation. You will act as a bridge between the business and development teams, contributing to the success of the organization. This role requires experience with Salesforce in a multi-functional environment and Agile project environments. Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce within an multi-functional environment
• Demonstrable experience of building and delivering in large organisations
• Experience of Agile Project environments (inc User Story writing)
• Ability to thrive in a very busy, demanding and pressurised environment

Responsibilities

• Responsible for capturing and defining functional & Technical business facing requirements associated to the creation of functionality within Salesforce with a prioritised requirements list
• Work with the team to estimate project timeframes, create project plans & set different delivery milestones for the projects
• Ensure that there is clear and consistent documentation associated to a business analyst activity such as PRL, Data Dictionaries, process maps etc
• Create functional, technical and design documentation and provide advice on application solutions
• Build strong relationships throughout the organisation and develop a comprehensive understanding of business processes
• Act as a bridge between business & development team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience of Jira, SAP/ BW/, D365, Office Applications
