Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least four years of relevant professional experience
  • Two or more years of experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and similar marketing automation tools
  • Proficiency with HTML and CSS; proficiency with AMPscript and JavaScript is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud for message design, subscriber and data management, inbox delivery, and external integrations
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Pardot, and Mailchimp
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
  • Familiarity with email compliance regulations

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute digital marketing strategies for clients, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services
  • Plan, design, and implement automated marketing campaigns, including email drips, lead nurturing workflows, and personalized customer journeys
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM and marketing automation systems with other tools and platforms
  • Build automated email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud's tools such as Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Email Studio
  • Develop and execute A/B tests and audience segmentation to deliver targeted and personalized marketing campaigns
  • Review and analyze email campaign performance data and generate regular reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Administer and manage client CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
