Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, etc.)
- Develop and implement automated marketing workflows, including email campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and customer segmentation
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including template creation, content personalization, and A/B testing
- Manage campaign timelines, ensuring on-time delivery and coordination with other marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant content for automated campaigns
- Develop and manage lead scoring models to prioritize leads based on engagement and readiness to purchase
- Implement and optimize lead nurturing workflows to guide prospects through the sales funnel
- Integrate marketing automation with CRM systems to ensure seamless lead handoff to the sales team
- Monitor and analyze the performance of automated marketing campaigns using analytics tools
- Generate regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
- Maintain and update the marketing database to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Implement best practices for data segmentation, list management, and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in marketing automation platforms is a plus
- Agency experience is a plus
Benefits
- Working Hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday to Friday
- Salary Range: $1400 - $2000 USD depending on experience
