Remote CRM Coordinator, Lead Gen

Summary

The job is for a CRM Coordinator at CookUnity, a company that delivers restaurant-quality meals from various chefs across the US. The role involves planning, implementing, and executing email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages to Lead segment customers. The candidate will work alongside the Director of CRM and other team members, and report directly to the Director of CRM.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of working experience in D2C email marketing
• Experience with building and deploying emails from scratch
• Experience working cross-functionality with creative partners (designers & copywriters)
• Experience operating a CRM platform (i.e braze, iterable, klaviyo, customer.io etc.)
• Very strong written and verbal skills in English
• Attention to detail, good communication skills and an ability to juggle multiple tasks on often short deadlines

Responsibilities

• Own implementation of emails, SMS, push notifications (both ad hoc and automated), and building of customer segments in our CRM platform (Braze) for Lead Gen efforts
• Maintain the CRM marketing calendar and Roadmap
• Support upkeep of weekly performance reporting
• Assist in cross-functional communication between the CRM team and internal stakeholders/dependencies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Braze platform
• Experience with SMS marketing in a D2C environment
