CRO Specialist

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CRO or a similar digital optimization role
• Hands-on experience working with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify
• Deep understanding of SEO best practices and their influence on conversion
• Proficiency with analytics and behavior tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg)
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CRO strategies to optimize website and landing page performance
• Analyze user behavior, conversion data, and customer journeys using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other A/B testing platforms
• Work closely with design, product, and marketing teams to propose and execute testing hypotheses
• Monitor and report on key metrics to evaluate test results and guide future initiatives
• Optimize pages for SEO while improving conversion flows, especially in Shopify environments
• Identify growth opportunities through data and experimentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Growth Marketing
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools like Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and how it impacts page performance
