Summary
Zicasso is seeking an experienced CRO professional to join their Marketing team on a freelance basis. The role requires driving user behavioral performance on the company's website and digital platforms, with a focus on A/B testing and improving user experience for their US-based audience. The position is fully remote and particularly seeks candidates based in Latin America (Argentina, Brazil).
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in conversion rate optimization and digital marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Hands-on experience in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.), A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar, etc.), and experience with SEMRush/Ahrefs
- Proven experience with user experience (UX) design principles and best practices
- Strong understanding of Unbounce, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for website modifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team
- Proven project management skills for multiple ongoing projects and tasks
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on companyโs success
- Effective time-management and organizational skills
- Great interpersonal skills with a team-player mentality
- Bachelorโs in Marketing or similar field required. Alternatively, relevant coursework or certifications in SEO, digital marketing, or web technologies will be considered
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to optimize website, landing page, and intake form performance
- Analyze website and funnel analytics to identify areas of improvement, content initiatives, and opportunities for conversion lifts
- Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to implement test variations and track results
- Interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve website performance and user experience
- Develop and maintain a robust CRO roadmap aligned with overall business objectives
- Conduct regular competitive analyses on methodologies and practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest CRO trends and best practices
- Track and report on conversion metrics, trends, and test results to key stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento)
- Masterโs in Marketing, MBA or similar relevant field
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
