Requirements

• Be an EU holder
• Have native or near to native Czech language proficiency (C1-C2)
• Have very good command of English language (B2)
• Have good MS Office skills
• Possess strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills
• Possess customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls
• Identify and access customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools
• Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
