Customer Advisor

Summary

Join our team as a Dutch Customer Agent and enjoy a remote or on-site work environment in Greece with flexible hours. You will be responsible for managing incoming calls, identifying customer needs, building trust through communication, providing accurate information, keeping records, and following communication procedures. We are looking for EU citizens with native or near-native Dutch language skills, excellent English proficiency, strong phone contact handling skills, and excellent communication and presentation skills. You will also need to be customer-oriented, adaptable, able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. This role offers a competitive remuneration package, 14 salaries per year, performance-based bonuses, health care benefits, relocation costs for candidates outside Greece, and a vibrant work-life balance in Greece.

Requirements

• EU holder
• Native or near to native Dutch language (C1- C2)
• Very good command of English language (B2)
• Good MS Office skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charact
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

• Managing of incoming calls 📞
