Customer Assurance Analyst

Summary

The job is for a Customer Assurance Analyst at Ping Identity. The role involves managing customer-facing documentation, supporting customer audits, collaborating with the Information Security team, maintaining relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and defining internal audit procedures. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in a customer-focused role in information security or IT, knowledge of industry standard security control frameworks, and a Bachelor's Degree in business or computer science related field.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-focused role in the information security or information technology field
• Understanding of effective security controls at the systems, network, and application level and how to apply with cloud-based services
• Experience working with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with customer security assessments
• Knowledge of industry standard security control frameworks and guidelines

Responsibilities

• Manage Ping Identity’s customer-facing documentation and assurance material
• Manage customer questionnaires, RFx and security assessments
• Support customer audits
• Help manage the compliance and audit platform
• Collaborate with the Information Security team for continuous improvements for customer contractual controls and the internal security program
• Maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders and control owners alike
• Identify and implement improvements for the Sales Organisation to self-service customer-facing security assurance material to alleviate impact on system and control owners
• Define internal audit procedures and frameworks in accordance with customer requirements
• Evaluate compliance with contractual, regulatory and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with audit and compliance platforms
• Experience managing audits and auditors
• CISSP, CISM, CISA or Comptia Security+
