Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and re-prioritize duties throughout the day
  • Excellent computer and technology skills with regards to software applications, (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point) ERP databases - Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc…)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities
  • The drive to solve problems and meet goals

Responsibilities

  • Provide positive customer experiences over the phone or through email
  • Receive and process customer orders through the company ERP system
  • Receive and process customer complaints into the company CRM system
  • Process customer returns and issuing credits
  • Escalate customer communication the department cannot resolve
  • Effectively communicate cross functionally with all levels of the organization
  • Maintain business systems for data accuracy
  • Process and direct incoming email
  • Work closely with the quality department to process customer complaints and investigations
  • Help define business processes for the Customer Service team to establish repeatable and scalable activities and to ensure compliance to meet regulatory and financial obligations

Preferred Qualifications

5 years Customer Service experience in the medical equipment industry
