The CCR will be the primary point of contact for customer support, managing orders, processing returns and credits, and handling customer inquiries. You will collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This role also involves defining business processes for the Customer Service team and maintaining data accuracy. A Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred, along with 5 years of customer service experience in the medical equipment industry. Excellent communication and computer skills are essential. Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and re-prioritize duties throughout the day
- Excellent computer and technology skills with regards to software applications, (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point) ERP databases - Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etcβ¦
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities
- The drive to solve problems and meet goals
Responsibilities
- Provide positive customer experiences over the phone or through email
- Receive and process customer orders through the company ERP system
- Receive and process customer complaints into the company CRM system
- Process customer returns and issuing credits
- Escalate customer communication the department cannot resolve
- Effectively communicate cross functionally with all levels of the organization
- Maintain business systems for data accuracy
- Process and direct incoming email
- Work closely with the quality department to process customer complaints and investigations
Preferred Qualifications
5 years Customer Service experience in the medical equipment industry preferred
