Summary

Join our team as a Customer Care Representative and provide exceptional service to our customers. This is a remote position requiring strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to build positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

  • Possess strong and professional communication skills, both listening and speaking, to accurately respond to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Listen attentively to customers to fully understand their needs and concerns, enabling efficient and effective responses
  • Interact with customers through email, live chat, and other non-verbal communication channels, requiring professional writing skills with correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Address questions and complaints in a friendly and professional manner
  • Creating and maintaining positive relationships is crucial for CCRs, as they interact with a diverse range of people
  • Patience and politeness are essential, especially when dealing with difficult or angry customers
  • Analyze situations, investigate problems, and determine solutions when addressing customer issues
  • Have a passion for helping others and thrive on providing outstanding service to our customers and fellow employees
  • High School Diploma

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers on behalf of our organization, providing information about services, intake service requests, responding to customer complaints, and scheduling our technical staff
  • Handle incoming calls to the service desk, triage reported issues to advise our service technicians, and document these issues in our ticketing system
  • Engage with customers via email, live chat, and other communication methods
