Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a customer service role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience with Clean Simple Eats products, Challenge, mobile app, and brand is preferred
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with personalized, accurate, timely, and empathetic support via email, live chat, and social media
  • Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and promote loyalty, while maintaining a positive, professional, and friendly attitude at all times
  • Collaborate with your team to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions
  • Stay up-to-date on our products, policies, and procedures to provide the best possible service
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and first contact resolution rates
