Customer Insights Intern

Summary

Join Aledade's Summer Internship program as a current college or graduate student and contribute to various departments. While each intern has a primary role, cross-team project participation is encouraged. Interns receive guidance from senior leaders and engage in hands-on projects fostering an understanding of Aledade's operations and the healthcare system. The internship runs from June 2nd, 2025, to August 11th, 2025 (10 weeks). The program focuses on data analysis, visualization, and reporting, with opportunities to contribute to substantive projects.

Requirements

• Proficiency in data cleaning, manipulation, and analysis techniques
• Ability to create clear and compelling visualizations to communicate insights
• Experience with analyzing survey data, including familiarity with survey design and statistical concepts
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) for data manipulation and analysis
• Ability to create and deliver clear and concise presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presenting findings

Responsibilities

• Clean, organize, and prepare survey data for analysis
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of survey data to identify key trends, patterns, and insights
• Compare Aledade's brand perception and customer journey against competitors and benchmarks
• Create compelling data visualizations to effectively communicate findings
• Develop comprehensive presentations and reports to share key findings and recommendations with stakeholders
• Create a playbook to guide future analysis and ensure reproducibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with market research methodologies and data sources
• Understanding of business concepts and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
• Experience with analyzing qualitative data (e.g., open-ended survey responses) to uncover deeper insights
• Familiarity with statistical software packages (e.g., R, SPSS) for advanced analysis
• Basic understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly Value-Based Care (VBC)
