Summary
Join PartsBase Inc., the world's largest online Aviation Marketplace, as a results-driven Account Manager! This fully remote position focuses on renewals, upselling, and cross-selling within existing accounts. You will build strong client relationships, ensure successful renewals, and identify growth opportunities. Responsibilities include managing renewals, driving upselling and cross-selling, client relationship management, revenue growth strategies, collaboration with sales and marketing, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (aviation experience preferred), fluency in English and Mandarin, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. A results-driven mindset, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential.
Requirements
- 2+ yearsβ experience with the full-sales cycle in a B2B SaaS environment (aviation experience highly preferred)
- Full written and spoken fluency in English and Mandarin
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle rejection
- Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Persistence, resilience, and a results-driven mindset

- Quota carrying inside sales/business development experience

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Oro (or similar CRM)
Responsibilities
- Manage Renewals: Proactively ensure client renewals and minimize churn
- Drive Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services
- Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction
- Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to increase revenue from existing accounts
- Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to drive customer growth and align on strategies
- Reporting: Track account health and provide regular performance updates
