Summary
Join Prolific as a Channel Partner Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing programs driving partner-led pipeline and revenue. Collaborate with partner sales, Channel Account Managers, and cross-functional teams. Design and optimize scalable partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement programs. Requirements
- Extensive years of professional channel marketing experience
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful channel marketing programs across cloud marketplaces, systems integrators, and marketplaces
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing strategies, including channel contribution to pipeline
- Knowledge of channel enablement processes, digital marketing tools, and platforms
- Proficiency in event planning, including partner-led and co-branded events
- Experience coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across different time zones and cultures, managing multiple partners simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and partner/channel teams
- Hands-on experience with channel programs
- Experience in developing joint marketing plans with strategic partners
- Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliverables
- Comfort with matrixed organizations, working across sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to align channel strategies with corporate objectives
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic channel marketing programs in close collaboration with partner sales, Channel Account Managers and cross-functional teams to drive partner-led pipeline and revenue
- Identify and prioritize key channel partners based on market potential and alignment with overall business goals
- Experiment with new marketing program ideas, focusing on comarketing opportunities, new partner acquisition opportunities, scalability, and efficiency
- Design and execute comprehensive digital, content, and in-person campaigns cobranded with channel partners spanning multiple quarters
- Work with product marketing coordinates channel enablement activities and the creation of cobranded collateral to drive partner engagement and success
- Ensure channel partners are optimally represented on our website and platforms, including any joint value propositions
- Develop targeted demand generation campaigns to help drive awareness and new partner pipeline opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews with the partnership team to evaluate the performance of new programs, including pipeline contributions
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders, ensuring continuous improvement of channel programs
- Experience building scalable partner recruitment and onboarding programs, focusing on accelerating time to revenue
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the research or technology industry is a plus
- Proficiency with platforms and/or marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
