Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in customer marketing, with demonstrated success in delivering impactful marketing campaigns
- Proficiency with CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- A strategic thinker who can see the big picture and articulate ideas clearly to various stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on testing, learning, and optimising

Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, execute, and optimize service and marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging
- Develop in-life, cross-sell, up-sell, and engagement strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
- Utilise commercial acumen to identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell and develop and optimise offers to maximise impact, aligning to business objectives
- Analyse campaign performance, identify insights, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Embed an ‘always-on’ approach to test-measure-learn, using data-driven insights to continuously improve customer and commercial results
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as CRM, Brand, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Data to ensure alignment and deliver best-in-class customer communications
- Build and deploy emails using CRM tools and leverage customer data for segmentation and personalisation
- Lead and coordinate multiple projects, utilising strong project management skills to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet key performance metrics
