Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on customer marketing and engagement
  • Proven experience running advocacy or referral programs with measurable success
  • High-growth company experience with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with high emotional intelligence
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and a structured approach to project management
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain customer advocacy programs, continuously recruiting and engaging customer advocates to support go-to-market (GTM) initiatives
  • Identify and nurture key customers for case studies, speaking opportunities, and testimonials
  • Maintain a library of success stories to support marketing and sales efforts
  • Plan, execute, and manage community-building initiatives to foster customer relationships and engagement
  • Oversee quarterly customer satisfaction surveys, leveraging insights to drive organizational improvements
  • Develop compelling content that highlights the impact of EvenUp’s solutions, including case studies, blog posts, and event presentations
  • Partner with teams across marketing, sales, and customer success to align customer advocacy efforts with business goals
