Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills when interacting with customers, organizing events, and advocating for customer needs across the company
  • Experience with CRM tools and data analysis to track engagement and evaluate the effectiveness of retention strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and initiatives that improve customer engagement and retention. Must be proactive in identifying and solving potential challenges
  • Comfort with digital technology, particularly online community platforms, event management tools, and customer relationship management software

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies focused on community building among HR professionals, including customers
  • Oversee and expand the online community platform, ensuring it serves as a vibrant hub for customer and prospect interaction and engagement
  • Drive participation and monitor the health metrics of our community to ensure active engagement and satisfaction
  • Work closely with our events team to plan, organize, and execute customer events and meetups that foster stronger community ties and enhance customer loyalty
  • Facilitate and grow the customer advisory board, organizing regular meetings and interactions that allow for valuable customer input and foster a sense of inclusion and importance among our customers
  • Manage and promote customer participation in beta and early access programs to gather feedback and drive improvements in new products or features
  • Act as a customer champion within the organization, ensuring customer stories and feedback are shared across teams to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Establish and maintain effective channels for customer feedback, translating insights into actionable strategies that drive product improvements and customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

  • You already have experience marketing to the HR persona or similar role
  • You have a genuine desire to drive customer success and build a thriving community of engaged users
  • You are a master at building relationships with customers and co-workers
  • You are able to thrive in a highly dynamic, flexible work environment and switch rapidly from strategy to execution
