Join HackerRank's Customer Marketing team as a Customer Marketing Manager to build and execute global customer marketing programs. - 4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS customer marketing or lifecycle marketing
- Proven experience working with enterprise buyer personas - especially CHROs, CTOs, or equivalent
- Strong ability to lead multi-channel campaigns, from concept to execution
- Comfort working with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce & Webflow
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Field, Product, and Creative teams
Responsibilities
- Own the customer reference and storytelling pipeline- from sourcing advocates to briefing internal creative/video partners
- Partner with Field, Product, and Growth teams to drive ABM plays, event follow-ups, and GTM-aligned campaigns
- Develop persona-based nurture programs tailored to the Offices of the CHRO & CTO
- Build and scale customer marketing campaigns that drive retention, expansion, and advocacy across the post-sale journey
- Measure and optimise programs based on pipeline influence, engagement performance, and customer feedback
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with video storytelling, sales enablement, and account-based marketing strategies
- Familiarity with customer database strategy- ability to assess segments and tailor messaging accordingly
