You will lead targeted campaigns across various channels, manage the monthly product newsletter, coordinate Customer Advisory Board sessions, and create compelling in-app experiences. Requirements
- Proven experience in customer and product marketing, preferably within a SaaS or digital marketing environment
- Strong understanding of Google Ads and paid search strategies
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Pendo, and ideally Planhat
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success & Account Management teams
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Initiatives: Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to plan and execute GTM strategies for new product releases (e.g., Ask Arlo, Search Performance Score, Brand Activator updates)
- Develop targeted communications across email, in-app messages, login page promotions, and blog content to announce new features and benefits
- Monthly Product Newsletter: Manage the creation and distribution of the Exact Match Newsletter via HubSpot, highlighting recent product updates, upcoming alpha programs, CAB invitations, and relevant industry news
- Case Studies & Customer Stories: Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify and develop compelling case studies that showcase the value delivered to customers and agencies
- Publish and promote these stories on the website and through sales enablement materials
- Customer Lifecycle Strategy: Design and implement an 18-month content strategy segmented across the customer lifecycle using HubSpot and Pendo
- Develop onboarding materials for months 1โ3 and introduce advanced features and reports in subsequent phases to drive continuous engagement
- Customer Advisory Board (CAB): Coordinate with Product Managers to prepare content for quarterly CAB sessions
- Lead 3-hour Zoom meetings, capture key takeaways, and share insights with the Management Team to inform product strategy
- In-App Walkthroughs (Pendo): Create engaging in-app guides, videos, and illustrations to help customers understand and adopt new features
- Segment content by audience type or specific application areas to enhance relevance and effectiveness
- Customer Surveys: Develop and distribute segmented surveys via HubSpot and Pendo to assess renewal sentiment, product satisfaction, and feature feedback
- Analyse results to inform product development and customer success strategies
