You will lead targeted campaigns across various channels, manage the monthly product newsletter, coordinate Customer Advisory Board sessions, and create compelling in-app experiences. You will also work with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop case studies and implement a comprehensive customer lifecycle strategy. Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer and product marketing, preferably within a SaaS or digital marketing environment
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads and paid search strategies
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Pendo, and ideally Planhat
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success & Account Management teams
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Initiatives: Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to plan and execute GTM strategies for new product releases (e.g., Ask Arlo, Search Performance Score, Brand Activator updates)
  • Develop targeted communications across email, in-app messages, login page promotions, and blog content to announce new features and benefits
  • Monthly Product Newsletter: Manage the creation and distribution of the Exact Match Newsletter via HubSpot, highlighting recent product updates, upcoming alpha programs, CAB invitations, and relevant industry news
  • Case Studies & Customer Stories: Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify and develop compelling case studies that showcase the value delivered to customers and agencies
  • Publish and promote these stories on the website and through sales enablement materials
  • Customer Lifecycle Strategy: Design and implement an 18-month content strategy segmented across the customer lifecycle using HubSpot and Pendo
  • Develop onboarding materials for months 1โ€“3 and introduce advanced features and reports in subsequent phases to drive continuous engagement
  • Customer Advisory Board (CAB): Coordinate with Product Managers to prepare content for quarterly CAB sessions
  • Lead 3-hour Zoom meetings, capture key takeaways, and share insights with the Management Team to inform product strategy
  • In-App Walkthroughs (Pendo): Create engaging in-app guides, videos, and illustrations to help customers understand and adopt new features
  • Segment content by audience type or specific application areas to enhance relevance and effectiveness
  • Customer Surveys: Develop and distribute segmented surveys via HubSpot and Pendo to assess renewal sentiment, product satisfaction, and feature feedback
  • Analyse results to inform product development and customer success strategies
