Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both verbal and written)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain medical supply-related information to patients clearly and empathetically
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to grow within the company, with the opportunity to move into a lead role
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially within the healthcare or DME industry, is a plus but not required
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • High level of organization and high attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage inbound phone calls, especially from Spanish-speaking patients
  • Assist patients with their medical supply orders, including troubleshooting any issues
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient concerns and answering questions related to their DME orders
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve patient issues promptly and accurately
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with patients and team members
  • Handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and care
  • Support the team in meeting customer service goals and performance standards
