Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a Customer Service role
  • Basic troubleshooting skills in a Service environment
  • Previous experience in Sales environment processing orders
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel, Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer delivery requirements within SAP System (Training will be provided)
  • Confirm with dealer’s stock availability with an expected time of delivery
  • Responsible for answer telephones and sorting of customer enquiries and requests for information
  • Handle day to day delivery requirements on project orders
  • Invoice out Commissioning when Commissioning Engineers advise and update the completed jobs into the commissioning log on the intranet
  • Other tasks as required by management

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in SAP would be beneficial
