Summary

The job involves supporting the export operations and managing data and documents for the export procedure at New Guards Group's office in Milan. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree, proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, fluent in both written and spoken English and Italian, strong communication skills, detail-oriented, organized, flexible, with a positive attitude and team player. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Italian

Responsibilities

• Support export operations and ensure accurate data and documentation updates
• Review documents for customs and compliance, addressing shipment holds
• Prepare essential shipment documents, ensuring compliance with commercial agreements
• Proactively identify operational issues, propose solutions, and enhance customer service procedures
• Contribute to special projects and assignments as needed
• Inclusion of missing data for VMS operation in customer master data
• Utilize spreadsheets and dashboards for collecting customer information
• Check and update orders in the sales campaign for efficient processing in Apache
