Summary

Join Booksy's Customer Service team as a remote Customer Service Representative supporting US-based business clients. You will provide technical support via chat and email, handle customer inquiries using internal systems, and maintain a positive customer experience. This role requires availability for a 24/7 shift rotation, including weekends and holidays, and fluency in English (C1 level or higher). The ideal candidate is adaptable, comfortable working under pressure, and willing to collaborate internationally. Requirements

  • Availability to work at least 20 days per month, including a 24/7 shift rotation. This includes mainly afternoons (2 PM - 10 PM), nights (10 PM - 6 AM), weekends, and holidays
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written (Advanced level C1 or higher)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to adapt quickly and handle challenging situations as they arise
  • Comfortable working under time pressure
  • Willingness to collaborate with an international team and adapt to different cultural norms

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance and respond to inquiries from US-based business customers through chat and email, offering technical support for the app
  • Handle customer inquiries and manage data through internal systems
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Report issues to the technical support team
  • Continuously improve your understanding of the app and enhance your customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Communicative level of Spanish
  • Experience in customer service, technical support, e-commerce, or any app-based company
  • Interest in the e-commerce field
