Requirements

• Have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Be proficient with Windows 7, 8, and 10
• Be able to pass a criminal background investigation and a drug screen (when applicable)
• Maintain punctual and continuous attendance
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Have a stable work history
• Possess excellent communication and listening skills

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from clients
• Provide requested material via email, fax, or mail
• Utilize the company database to document call information in a paperless environment
• Resolve problems and assist customers with questions
• Perform additional support duties as assigned
