Customer Service Representative

Summary

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and provide exceptional service to customers of a global leader in household, healthcare, and personal hygiene products. You will collaborate with customers, analyze their issues, and offer personalized solutions across multiple communication channels. This part-time role (20 hours/week) requires fluency in German and English, excellent organizational skills, and a professional attitude. Requirements

• Be fluent in the German Language: be confident communicating in German, both written and spoken
• Have English Communication skills: be comfortable communicating in English
• Possess Customer Experience skills: have a passion for providing top-notch customer service in handling calls & emails, including challenging ones
• Have Excellent Organizational Skills: pay attention to detail
• Maintain a Professional Attitude: have a proactive approach to resolving any type of issue
• Show Commitment: demonstrate dedication and a strong sense of teamwork
• Be eligible to work in Slovakia

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customers: provide product information and resolve queries efficiently and professionally
• Empathize with Customers: analyze their issues and offer personalized solutions
• Support our Omnichannel Service: communicate with consumers via phone (inbound calls), email & various social media channels
• Be a Knowledge Expert: develop a deep understanding of the products and services offered by our client
• Be a Brand Ambassador: represent our company & values

• Base salary of €729 per month
