Summary

Join Floral Image North America as a 1099 Customer Service Representative! Requirements

  • Minimum High School/GED Degree
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Understand customers' needs and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience and maximize satisfaction
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction level and promptly address any concerns or issues
  • Perform weekly refreshes of arrangements for current customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales techniques to acquire new customers
  • Work with TSM to negotiate pricing, agreements, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion within your assigned territory and develop ideas with TSM

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior Sales and/or Customer Service experience
  • Self- starter with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build customer rapport and establish long-term relationships
  • Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products to potential customers
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and secure long-term agreements
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent time management skills
