Customer Service Representative

Summary

Join Floral Image North America as a 1099 Customer Service Representative! This remote position, based in San Jose, CA, involves managing existing customer accounts and expanding the customer base in the Bay Area. You will be provided with a company vehicle, computer, and cell phone to service accounts and perform weekly arrangement refreshes. Requirements

• Minimum High School/GED Degree
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Understand customers' needs and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience and maximize satisfaction
• Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction level and promptly address any concerns or issues
• Perform weekly refreshes of arrangements for current customers
• Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales techniques to acquire new customers
• Work with TSM to negotiate pricing, agreements, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for business expansion within your assigned territory and develop ideas with TSM

Preferred Qualifications

Prior Sales and/or Customer Service experience
