Summary
Join lastminute.com's Customer Service Team in Madrid as a French and German-speaking Customer Service Representative. This permanent, full-time (36 hours/week) hybrid/remote position requires strong communication skills and at least one year of customer support experience. You will handle inbound and outbound customer communications (phone, email, chat), investigate and resolve pre- and post-sales queries, and ensure single-contact resolution. Responsibilities
