You will ensure timely resolutions and maintain high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses strong written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Experience in customer service, particularly email support, and CRM software familiarity are essential. This role requires managing 25-30 emails daily and maintaining accurate data entry within the CRM system.

- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while handling approximately 25 to 30 emails per day
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a clear, professional, and timely manner
- Utilize Rich Panel CRM to manage customer interactions, track inquiries, and ensure all communication is documented accurately
- Address customer concerns, issues, and requests, providing relevant solutions or escalating when necessary
- Strive to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
- Gain a strong understanding of the companyβs products and services to offer informed responses to customer inquiries
- Ensure accurate data entry in the CRM system and assist with generating reports when required
- Demonstrate strong written communication skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries within 24 hours
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with CRM software, experience with Rich Panel is a plus
