Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple software applications
  • Ability to maintain customer confidentiality and data privacy
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions
  • A laptop or desktop PC (cannot be an Apple product, Surface or Chromebook) with Windows 10
  • Ability Hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an ethernet cable
  • USB headset (not wireless) with a noise-canceling microphone
  • Webcam (external or embedded)

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and order processing
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions
  • Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in the contact center industry is a plus
