Summary
Join SanMar as a Customer Service Representative I (CSR I) and provide world-class customer service to internal and external customers. You will utilize your in-depth knowledge of company products, processes, programs, and technology to handle inbound calls, process transactions, educate customers, and troubleshoot issues. Requirements
- 1 + years of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to identify and propose solutions to address customer problems or needs
- A high level of attention to detail in written communication and order entry

- Ability to meet accuracy and productivity metrics
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Adaptability in a fast paced environment
- Must have basic math and computer skills
Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls while maintaining a high level of professionalism and establish a positive rapport with every customer
- Learn and utilize computer system applications to accurately process transactions and maintain customer data
- Educate customers on products and services via phone, email, and chat communications
- Provide basic troubleshooting for customers including product knowledge, recommendations, and problem resolution
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal customers and team members
- Stay informed on all communications and training to ensure accurate protocols are followed
- Build knowledge of relevant company products, processes, programs and technology
- Participate in other related duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor or manager
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with all policies and standards
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, and/or Dynamics 365 a plus
Benefits
- Salary Range: You`ll earn between $20.29 - $25.00 (WA); $18.67 - $23.00 (NV); $17.45 - $21.50 (AZ, ID, MT) on an hourly basis, depending on experience
- Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to $2000 of base salary
- Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off
