Summary
Join Trackman Golf's successful Australian team as a Customer Success and Business Development Associate! This dual role involves ensuring customer satisfaction with Trackman products and expanding business opportunities for their booking and payment solution, YourGolfBooking. You will work closely with indoor simulator centers and driving ranges across Australia and New Zealand, providing support, training, and identifying new business avenues. The position reports to the VP of the APAC region and offers a competitive compensation plan including a fixed salary, commissions, and bonuses. Ideally based in NSW, but VIC or QLD are also considered. This is a chance to shape the future of golf in the region and work for a fast-growing sports technology company.
Requirements
- Higher education in technology, business, or marketing
- 2+ years of experience from Customer Success, Marketing, Sales or Business Development
- Personal drive, self-starter with demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile
- Fluent in English
- Interest and understanding of golf (incl. rules and tournament formats)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Act on commitments. What is promised is delivered!
- Build and maintain relationships easily
- Persuade others by being trustworthy and enthusiastic
- Manage your own time effectively and efficiently
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills
- Analyse problems and provide well-thought-through solutions

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Trackman customers, delivering world-class support and guidance
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions to ensure clients are proficient in using Trackman systems
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals and ensure they achieve measurable success
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the global support team
- Identify new business opportunities within the golf industry with main focus on booking and payment solutions for driving ranges and indoor simulator centres
- Drive local uptake and engagement in global and local indoor golf tournaments
- Collaborate with the global sales and marketing teams to implement regional strategies
- Drive Trackman ANZβs marketing efforts across the product portfolio
- Conduct market analysis and report to regional management

Ideally based in Sydney, but other locations can be considered
