Summary
Join our Customer Success team as a customer-centric individual who enjoys helping customers solve problems and make the best use of software for their needs. You will assist in identifying and executing key strategic priorities for the growth and scaling of technical support to the team.
Requirements
Experience as practitioners in the security space
Responsibilities
- Assist in helping identify and execute key strategic priorities for the growth and scaling of technical support to the team
- Provide direct support to a broad spectrum of customers, aiding them in effectively utilizing Flashpoint Ignite and our other services to accomplish their missions
- Directly own customer accounts, ensuring they are making the best use of our products for their use cases
- Optimize CS teams tooling, processes, and measuring success
- Provide live training, develops training material, and general education to a wide range of different end users
