Experience as practitioners in the security space

Responsibilities

  • Assist in helping identify and execute key strategic priorities for the growth and scaling of technical support to the team
  • Provide direct support to a broad spectrum of customers, aiding them in effectively utilizing Flashpoint Ignite and our other services to accomplish their missions
  • Directly own customer accounts, ensuring they are making the best use of our products for their use cases
  • Optimize CS teams tooling, processes, and measuring success
  • Provide live training, develops training material, and general education to a wide range of different end users
