Requirements

• Absolve a study, ideally in economics, language sciences, communication science or a comparable field
• Have strong language affinity and enjoy writing, especially for creating and maintaining customer profiles and SEO web texts
• Have a keen eye for detail and high accuracy, especially when working with data and assigning customer information
• Have great interest in the health sector and ideally already have some experience in a relevant field
• Be able to work independently and take on tasks autonomously
• Have secure knowledge of common office programs and be familiar with digital tools
• Be proactive, have a structured working style, and be able to complete tasks reliably and conscientiously
• Speak fluent German and have good English skills

Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Success Team in the operational daily business, especially in the care and optimization of customer profiles in the jameda Marketplace
• Be responsible for creating and updating profiles of our major customers, so that they are always up-to-date and appealingly presented
• Conduct regular Sanity Checks in the Marketplace to ensure correct assignment of doctors and practices and contribute to optimizing data quality
• Work parallel with the CRM system HubSpot to maintain, update, and optimize customer data and processes
• Support in optimizing internal processes and contribute to the further development of the Customer Success department
