Join Tigera as a Customer Success Engineer and play a key role in educating and training users on our container security platform, Calico Cloud. - Bachelor's Degree or Technical Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or related
Responsibilities
- Ensure success of your assigned customers' deployments
- Develop and deliver technical training on Kubernetes Networking, Security & Observability
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to design and deliver networking and security workshops
- Help customers resolve technical issues while meeting key support SLAs
- Build a multi-media repository of technical content for our customers to help accelerate learning and self-enablement
- Influence the direction of our product by working closely with the Product Management and Engineering teams to incorporate the needs of our customers into the product roadmap
- Become a trusted technical resource and advocate for your customers
- Share learnings and insights from our customers to help shape our marketing programs and product roadmap
