Customer Success Graduate Trainee in United Kingdom

Summary

Xapo Bank is a fully distributed team of over 140 employees working remotely from 40+ countries. They are committed to changing the way things are done in the Fintech, Banking, and Blockchain space. The Graduate Trainee will work as part of their innovative business for a period of 12 months, assisting the HQ Support Manager with daily customer-facing banking operations, team onsite visits, events, VIP visits, and facilities management.

• Knowledge of Bitcoin and Fiat currency payment rails

Responsibilities

• Assist the HQ Support Manager in planning, organising, and delivering events
• Manage the HQ Onsite Calendar
• Confirm attendees with Team-Lead
• Assist with Xapien’s Visa applications by providing copies of letters/evidence requested during travel visa processing
• Book events (Team building, i.e. E-Bike tours, etc)
• Plan and book catering (lunch and dinner)
• Send group email with local information - weather, power points, currency etc
• Check stock levels (soft drinks, wine, beer, snacks, masks & basic toiletries) and buy/order where necessary
• Attend post-work events
• Assist the HQ Support Manager in planning, organising, and entertaining VIP visits
• Liaise with Suppliers - Maintaining good working relationships for best service
• Maintain canteen, bar, and wine cellar stock levels
• Maintain stationery levels
• Processing Supplier Invoices
• New vendor onboarding
• Invoice submission, follow up, and filing
• Requesting cleaning supplies from the 3rd party cleaning service provider
• Monitoring the cleaner’s efficiency and effectiveness
• Liaise with Maintenance Team on any repairs required
• Upgrades of household/office hardware items where needed
