Customer Success Performance Project Manager Intern

Summary

The job is for a 6-month internship as a Customer Success Performance Project Manager Intern in the Paris office of a global business operating across four continents. The role involves CRM database maintenance, SharePoint document library management, supporting on Clients Management operational tasks, revamping onboarding, and KPI management.

Responsibilities

• CRM database maintenance: health check on new data entries, help in completing the current document database on a WW scale (for 9 markets), FAQ management
• SharePoint document library management: health check, content coordination & creation (org chart, etc.)
• Support on Clients Management operational tasks
• Onboarding revamp: Content coordination with different departments
• KPI management: ideating on global CS dashboards on key metrics
