Requirements
- Work together with our customer success team and other departments in the UK and Vietnam
- Make the most of Intercom for staying in touch with borrowers and brokers in a fintech lending environment, while showing off your tech skills through training, and using Jira to boost our efficiency
- Pay close attention to detail in data entry and application processing, handling paperwork like a pro
- Showcase your fantastic verbal and written communication skills in interactions with clients and within the team
- Juggle multiple tasks with ease, demonstrating your multitasking talents
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a focus on the needs of our clients
- Build great relationships with your colleagues and cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Onboarding: Be the guiding hand for new customers as they navigate the onboarding process, ensuring they have a seamless experience and a solid understanding of our product
- Training and Support: Provide valuable training and support to our customers, empowering them to enjoy the benefits of our product fully
- Relationship Management: Build and cultivate long-lasting relationships with customers, tuning into their needs and spotting opportunities for growth and deeper product usage
- Issue Resolution: Step in to assist with customer inquiries, troubleshoot any issues, and escalate to the right teams when needed
- Customer Feedback: Collect valuable feedback and insights from customers and share them with the relevant teams to help us enhance our product
